What is Tokyo Care Package
Treats is a subscription service for Japanese snacks and goods. Every month we send you a box of snacks from Japan!
What kind of foods and goods do I receive in my box from Tokyo Care Package?
You can expect to receive snacks and goods from candy to crackers to chips to cookies to chocolate to chopsticks and more. We include all types of snacks and goods in our box with the exception of drinks. You can get an idea of the snacks and goods we send by visiting our Explore Tokyo Care Package page.
How many snacks and goods do I get with my box of Treats?
Each box contains 10+ Japanese snacks and products.
How much is the shipping fee?
- United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Puerto Rico, India, Cambodia, Australia, Canada: $9.99 per box
- Brazil, Chile, Peru: $19.99 per box
- Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Lebanon: $29.99 per box
- All other countries: $9.99 per box
How long are your subscription plans?
We offer Month-to-Month subscription plans, as well as 3-Month, 6-Month and 12-Month Gift Subscription plans.
Can I subscribe to Treats if I have allergies?
If you have allergies, we recommend against subscribing to Treats at the moment, as some of the snacks in the boxes contain common allergens such as wheat.
Do snacks in the box contain any form of meat, such as pork?
Yes, they do. We recommend vegans and vegetarians and anyone who cannot eat specific types of meat (such as beef, pork or chicken) to refrain from eating our snacks because some of the snacks contain ingredients made with meat.
Orders
What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept payments through PayPal from our Checkout page. All of our payments are processed through the PayPal Payment Processor.
How soon are my orders processed?
Your orders are processed on the same day they are received, and your first box will be shipped as soon as our fulfillment team is able to process your order and all subsequent boxes will be shipped to you between the second or third week of every month.
What is your policy on refunds?
We offer a refund to the retail value of any item in your box that arrive missing or damaged. We also offer a full refund on boxes that were lost during delivery. Cancellations must be processed prior to shipment, once shipped we will not reverse charges or provide refunds. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us .We'll take care of you!
How do I change my billing information?
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer portal through
the customer portal login page or by contacting us through the contact form.
The cancellation of your subscription must be made 1 business day before your subscription renewal date. If you cancel your subscription less than 1 business day before your next subscription renewal date, your cancellation will be taken into account on the following subscription renewal date. We do not offer refunds (full or prorated) of any portion of the subscription fee.

Do you ship worldwide?

How often do I receive a delivery of box?
Your first box will be shipped as soon as our fulfillment team is able to process your order and all subsequent boxes will be shipped to you between the second or third week of every month.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO/MPO addresses?
Unfortunately we do not. Some of our products include ingredients that are pork by-products, and items containing pork are not allowed for shipping to APO/FPO/DPO/MPO addresses.
How do I change my shipping address?
How long does shipping take?
All packages in the United States are delivered with USPS First Class Mail or Newgistics Parcel Select FedEx SmartPost and may take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks (due to potential pandemic carrier delays). When your box is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you track your package.
International packages are sent via USPS First Class International, International Priority Airmail and FedEx CrossBorders - the estimated transit time varies from one to four weeks (or longer), depending on carrier pandemic impacts and individual country delays.
USPS and FedEx enables tracking on international packages for some countries, and you can view those list of countries here. USPS or FedEx may occasionally encounter delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster or pandemic, so if you encounter any issues with shipping, please contact us at inquiry and we will take care of your issue immediately.
